Mercure Bukhara Old Town

Lovely hotel design with peaceful atmosphere.

Initially, I was given a room with a view of trash bins, completely unacceptable. The hotel's location is far from the attractions, requiring a long walk through unappealing streets.

Sincerely, it was a fine stay at the Mercure Bukhara Old town. The room was spacious, with exceptionally comfortable bed and a hairdryer, bath robes, and a shower cap in the bathroom. All of the staff members were attentive and top-class. The restaurant was very nice here, I had tasty dishes.

the location for bukhara was magnificent and unbeatable, really close to the center, the main sights and historical area and restaurant area. the staff were helpful and caring in case of questions.

The rooftop restaurant served amazing local dishes, but the limited breakfast options were disappointing. I enjoyed a walking tour of nearby attractions .

It offered perfect service and outstanding food too. Liked the room with comfy beds, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The atmosphere created was quiet! Location: the hotel was close enough to the restaurant, the surrounding old town and centre of old Bukhara.

The bed was comfy & room was fashionable and reasonably spacious. It overlooked street. Also, location was magnificent, within walking distance of a massive fortress.

The Mercure in Bukhara impressed with its fine, modern design blending traditional Uzbek elements. My room featured soundproof walls, a tv, and a comfortable sitting area. The indoor pool was a welcome retreat after a long day of sightseeing. Breakfast offered a decent variety, but some options felt limited. The immediate surroundings were not very lively, requiring a mile walk through dusty streets to reach the main tourist spots. Staff were helpful and attentive. The hotel had a nice ambiance, yet some areas were still being finished .

The stay was fantastic as we explored the rich history of Bukhara. The room was spacious and elegantly designed, blending modern comforts with traditional Uzbek aesthetics. The spa area was a perfect retreat after our days filled with sightseeing, especially the pleasant pool temperature. Breakfast was good with local specialties, although there were a few limitations on the bread selection. Being just a short walk from key attractions like the Lyab-i-Hauz made it so convenient for our sightseeing trips.

The sauna was not working .

Just a reliable pick for a walk in the evening in Bukhara with great value-to-price ratio. The indoor pool area was a nice way to relax after exploring all day. Try to bring your own snacks since the dining menu could use a bit more variety.

Charming Stay with Room for Improvement

I enjoyed the unique design of the room, a lovely blend of modern and traditional touch. Limited dining choices were a letdown. A tip , explore local eateries for better meal options. The rooftop ambiance felt less inviting due to the view not being ideal.
